When you browse this site we collect limited information about your visit: the pages you view, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and basic device and browser details. We use Google Analytics for this, and we have configured it so that your activity is not used for advertising personalization and not joined to advertising profiles across other sites. We use it only to understand how the site is used.
When you submit a contact form we collect the name, email address, and phone number you provide, along with the service you select, and we send it to the counselor you contacted so they can reply to you.
Our contact forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which collects device and behavior signals to distinguish real people from automated abuse. This is a security measure and stays active even if you opt out of analytics above.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy of it, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
